Customer satisfaction research

In November 2022 we asked you how satisfied you are with our services. We examine this every few years. We will take these results into account in order to tailor the service even better to your wishes.

You are (very) satisfied with our services

6,480 people received an invitation for this study. A total of 1,055 surveys were completed (16.3% out of 6,480 people completed the survey). No less than 86% is (very) satisfied with the service (82% in 2019). And 94% is (very) satisfied with the contact person at Work and Income (82% in 2019).

94 percent are happy with customer director

You indicate that you are (very) satisfied with your customer director (85%). In particular about accessibility (90%) and their commitment (arrangements made, guidance, support, respectively 89%-85%). We have been working with client directors since January 1, 2020. That's why we asked questions about this for the first time.

Points of improvement

Personal contact and paying attention to your story emerged as the most important point of attention. There is also a need for clear information and procedures. We have already taken steps in this direction with our new website www.werkeninkomentilburg.nl, by letting customers look at the readability and using more visual material to clarify procedures.

We thank you for completing the survey and we are happy that so many residents are satisfied with our services.
