Do you want to work for Defence and at the same time obtain a recognised MBO diploma? This is possible with MBO OphetWerk® from NCOI. You learn on the job and your training is paid for by your employer. This way you earn a salary immediately and work on your future.
What is MBO OphetWerk®?
MBO OphetWerk® is a learning path where you do not have to go back to school, but learn at your workplace. You will receive personal guidance and within a year you can obtain an officially recognized MBO diploma. This increases your chances of a job with a good salary.
How does it work?
- Start: Together with NCOI and Integraal Skills Paspoort you will create a personal training plan. Your previous work experience and training will be included.
- During the training: You learn in practice and receive support from NCOI. If you can perform all work processes independently, you will take a practical exam.
- Diploma: After completion you will receive an official government-recognized MBO diploma.
Why start now?
With an MBO diploma you have a better chance of a job. Defense has many vacancies at MBO level and is looking for motivated people. Other employers are also looking for doers who like to work and learn at the same time.
