What does it entail?
Defense works together with NCOI Opleidingen to offer MBO courses in combination with work. They do not look at your resume, but at your skills and talents. We call this skills-based working.
What can you expect?

You will take a test and interview to discover which position suits you.

There are many types of functions available, for example in the logistics, catering, technology, administration or facility services.

You can work at various locations in the Netherlands.

The course is suitable for both young people and lateral entrants. Age is not a problem, as long as you are fit enough for the physical test.
