What is the introductory program?
The program lasts seven weeks. You come every Wednesday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. together at Yonder in TilburgDuring these meetings, you will become acquainted with various professions, organizations, and training programs in healthcare and welfare.
You will discover, among other things:
- what work looks like in elderly care, home care, care for the disabled, mental health care and welfare
- which courses you can follow
- which functions suit your talents and interests
The program is free.

Who is the program for?
You can participate if you:
- 23 years or older are
- have work experience (not necessarily in healthcare)
- likes to work with people
- are motivated and stable
- are willing to take a training course
- want to work irregular hours
- Dutch speaks on minimum level B2
