What is the goal?
P-secondment is part of the work-training company the Diamant-groep (18K). P-secondment could be for you if you haven't worked for a long time and are ready to get started. By working through secondment, your future employer will have to arrange fewer things. For example, consider insurance. This can be attractive to an employer, because he runs fewer risks than if he hires someone. And that's great for you, because you have clear terms of employment from the secondment and you receive good guidance.

When you start working via P-secondment, you will receive an employment contract for a fixed period and fixed hours per week.

What does the contact look like?
Your customer director can register you for this. After registration, you will be in contact with the work broker, with P-secondment (18K) and with the employer where you will be working. It is also possible that you are still in contact with a job coach or work supervisor.
