Do you want to find out what it means to work in a certain sector? Then participating in a shunting yard might be something for you! Through conversations, orientation and in-depth days you will find out what it means to work in a certain sector (technology, logistics, care or leisure).

We also look at which competencies you possess and whether you still need to follow a course/certificate to be able to quickly start working in this industry.

You will get more information about and feel about the industry and the existing functions. If necessary, you will take a course to obtain certificates, so that you can get to work quickly.

That differs per person. If you only participate in an orientation meeting, it will take you about half a day. Do you also want to participate in an in-depth meeting after the orientation meeting? Then it will take you about twice a day.

You first have contact with the work broker. He or she can register you at the shunting yard.

What your participation looks like exactly differs per person. You participate in the orientation meeting and/or in-depth meeting of the industry in which you are interested.
