WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As an administrative secretary, you support a team that works on the development of managers within the police. You help with planning appointments, organizing meetings and creating documents. You also keep records of employees who are following a training or development program.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You start your day by scheduling appointments and preparing meetings. You make sure that documents are stored properly and that everything is arranged for the advisors. Sometimes you refer colleagues to the right person. You usually work in Breda on Mondays, but you may also work partly from home or at other police locations.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You work accurately and are good at planning and organizing.
- You have MBO level 3 work and thinking level.
- You have experience with administrative or secretarial work.
- You can handle confidential information well.
- You work well with others and communicate clearly.
- You are proficient in programs such as Word and Excel.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- A temporary contract of 16 hours per week, with the possibility of extension.
- A gross salary between €2,519 and €3,895 per month (for 36 hours).
- Holiday pay, paid parental leave and a good pension scheme.
- The opportunity to follow training courses.
