WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR?

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a field service employee you work both operationally and commercially. Your tasks are:
- Performing service and maintenance according to a schedule
- Installing water purification systems and water softeners for private individuals and small businesses
- Identifying and resolving faults
- Informing customers about products and services
- Recognizing buying signals and passing them on to the internal commercial employee
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
- You work from a company car an average of 4 days a week
- You ensure that your stock is always up to date
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- Interest in technology (experience is not necessary, but technical insight is)
- Customer friendliness and a positive attitude
- Solution-oriented thinking and improvising when necessary
- Discipline to keep your own administration in order
- Perseverance: you always finish your work, even if it takes extra time
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- Good communication skills
- Technical insight and problem-solving skills
- Driving License B
- Experience with customer-oriented work
