WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
This care institution has 3 types of services at the seniors' homes;
- With company: you provide structure and daily rhythm and the content thereof. This can vary from having conversations, going for walks together and planning medication and meals.
- In & around the House: you provide support and guidance with light housework such as dusting, vacuuming, making the bed and doing the shopping.
- Personal care: you provide support in the area of personal care such as help with eating, dressing and undressing and showering. You will be specifically trained in this area, if you have already gained work experience
in this area then this is also sufficient
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You support seniors in their daily lives. You help seniors in a personal and meaningful way, both with practical tasks and with emotional support. You contribute to a positive living environment in order to improve the quality of life of the senior. You perform the work in and/or around the senior's home. This can also be at other locations, for example, if you go to the doctor together or go shopping. It can also happen that you work with a fellow CAREgiver at a client (the senior).
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You have life experience and speak and write good Dutch.
- You are flexible and can work on weekends.
- You are willing to follow training courses and are good at using a computer.
- You are respectful, independent, pay attention to detail, are reliable and keep going when things get tough.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- Terms of employment in accordance with collective labor agreement
- You will receive support from the customer coordinator. The customer coordinator is always ready to answer questions or to advise you
- In addition, there is a support team that is available 24 hours a day to support you before, during and after work
