WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You work in our own alarm center in Gilze. All automated alerts are received here, such as fire and burglary alarms, as well as phone calls from customers. You respond quickly and carefully, following our clear work instructions. You ensure friendly and professional contact, even though customers often speak to you in tense situations. You work in rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, night, and weekend.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You start your shift by booting up the systems and reviewing the reports that have already come in. After that, you keep a close eye on the screens and respond immediately when a fire, burglary, or telephone report comes in. You ask the right questions, listen carefully, and quickly retrieve the most important information. If necessary, you call in emergency services or colleagues. In between, you neatly register everything in the system and ensure clear and calm communication with customers. Whether you have a morning, afternoon, night, or weekend shift, you remain alert and ensure that every report is followed up professionally.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- Minimum MBO level.
- A Security, General Security Officer, or BOCA diploma — or you are willing to obtain one.
- You can handle stressful situations well.
- You are flexible and have no problem with varying shifts.
- You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- You are good with computer systems.
- You have an unblemished record and have no problem with screening.
