WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You approach entrepreneurs proactively and are visible and accessible in the city.
- You inform and advise entrepreneurs about possible investments and the associated costs. You submit applications for sustainability activities and provide tips about subsidy options.
- You report feedback to the municipal team on the successes and obstacles that entrepreneurs experience in the sustainability process.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
The day starts at the office with a meeting with your colleagues about new subsidy schemes. After the meeting, you have an appointment with a hairdresser in the city where you know that there is still single glazing in the frames. You start the conversation and tell them what the savings are if HR++ triple glazing is installed. You see that the shop still has LED lighting and no other insulation measures have been taken. You tell them what they can do about this and what subsidy schemes there are. On to your next appointment.
Back at the office, you write a short report about the day and describe what you encountered and tell your colleagues that the hair salon will become more sustainable after the meeting, a great success.
WHAT DO YOU BRING BACK?
- You are available at least 2 days a week, part of which will involve working in the office
- You are willing to work at different times
- Own transportation is an advantage
- You keep your own knowledge up to date, this is a shared responsibility
- You have entrepreneurial knowledge, for example as a former entrepreneur or account manager
- You easily approach people, even if you don't know them yet
- You can listen well to the wishes and objections of entrepreneurs
- You recognize situations in which other problems arise
- You are empathetic and can accurately assess what is needed in specific situations
- You apply different communication styles in changing situations.
- You can adapt your communication style in different situations
- You can simplify and communicate clearly and understandably about the steps that entrepreneurs need to take
- Construction or technical knowledge is an advantage
