WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR?

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
The main tasks are:
- Keeping various pantries in the building clean and tidy:
- Cleaning the counter;
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher;
- Replenishing supplies such as tea, sugar, milk, etc.;
- Return used cups and plates from offices and meeting rooms to the pantry;
- Keeping meeting rooms tidy, such as moving chairs and cleaning up trash.
Other tasks (occasional):
- Delivering mail;
- Copy, print and scan tasks;
- Archiving and clearing out stuff;
- Light administrative work;
- Other facility tasks, depending on your skills and capabilities.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You preferably work from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM.
The day starts with a cup of coffee or tea and you go through the instructions and planning. Then you get to work. After your training period you know exactly what needs to be done and you consult with colleagues.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- Physically able to walk and stand all day;
- Reliable and customer friendly;
- Good command of the Dutch language;
- Able to work according to instructions and plan and carry out tasks independently;
- Basic knowledge of computers;
- Social skills: you can communicate well and dare to ask for and accept help.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- A direct vacancy for at least 26 hours per week;
- Working days preferably from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 2:30 pm;
- You start with a trial period of up to 2 months;
- If you perform well, you will then receive a paid secondment contract, with the possibility of extension.
