WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a front desk employee, you are the calling card of our health center. You answer phone calls, schedule appointments and receive clients in a hospitable manner. In addition, you ensure that everything runs smoothly at the counter.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
- You start the day by checking the agenda and ensuring that all appointments are properly planned.
- You answer phone calls and help clients with their questions.
- In between, you receive visitors and guide them to the right room.
- You work accurately with digital systems to manage appointments and maintain administration.
You are present on Mondays and Thursdays as standard, but there is room for consultation about your working days.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience with digital agendas and planning tools.
- You have at least an MBO diploma and preferably experience as a front desk employee (at least 12 months).
- You live within a radius of 35 km from Loon op Zand.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- A temporary position with the possibility of a permanent contract.
- A working week of 16-20 hours.
- Working in a pleasant environment with a lot of customer contact.
- Start date: as soon as possible.
