WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You are the calling card of the BAT and receive customers in a newly furnished reception area.
- You check what customers have with them (residual waste, raw materials, items) and direct them to the correct route.
- You indicate whether there are items or materials that can be reused and kindly point this out to the customer.
- Halfway through the day you switch with a colleague and start working in the sorting center to separate reusable raw materials (e.g. wood, glass).
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You'll start in BAT's newly designed reception area, where you'll welcome customers and help them correctly sort waste and raw materials. You'll assess reusable materials and communicate this in a customer-friendly manner. Halfway through the day, you'll switch with a colleague and work in the sorting center, actively separating raw materials. You'll work independently but can always rely on colleagues. Working days are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (once every two weeks), between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
