
WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR?

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You'll start your workday at the office in Best, along with at least one colleague. Occasionally, you'll also work from home. You'll receive calls from people with questions about travel, staying abroad, passports, visas, or travel advisories. For example, "How do I apply for a new passport abroad?" You'll listen carefully, ask clear questions, and provide clear information. Sometimes you'll refer someone to another organization. Everything you discuss is neatly recorded in the system. Later, you can also work on other telephone-based projects within the government, helping people with various questions.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- Minimum MBO level 3 (experience counts more than diplomas)
- Dutch at C1 level, English at B2 level
- You are empathetic and can have good conversations
- You live in the Eindhoven or Best region
- Experience with difficult conversations is a plus
- You are flexible and can deal with changes
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?

- Flexible working hours: on average 24 hours per week (min. 16, max. 32 hours)
- Shifts of 4, 6 or 8 hours, between 8am and 6pm (Monday to Friday)
- Possibility of hybrid working (partly from home)
- Salary of €14.40 gross per hour, excluding holiday pay and 13th month.
