WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • As a Customer Service employee, you answer questions from customers about their internet, television or telephone subscription.
  • You listen to the customer, analyze the question carefully and provide a clear answer or solution.
  • You help solve technical problems and provide advice.
  • You advise on other products and services of the telecom provider.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

Before you start, you will receive extensive training together with your new colleagues, so that you can get started fully prepared. You will be well supported by a system and your team leader.

As a Customer Service Employee, you will help customers with various questions about their internet, television and telephony. Your job is to help each customer in a personal and effective way.

  • You analyze the customer's question and provide appropriate advice.
  • You provide solutions to problems.
  • You recognize commercial opportunities and advise customers about additional products or services.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
  • You are curious and like to look for the best solution for the customer.
  • You are handy with computers and can easily switch between different systems.
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You can work at least 16 hours per week and you are available full-time during the training.
  • Good oral and written expression skills in the Dutch language.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
  • €14.40 per hour from the age of 21 (€13.80 basic + €0.60 extra for office hours) and 8% holiday pay.
