WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a construction site employee you support the craftsmen on the construction projects in the various activities that take place. As a construction site employee, you not only provide support, but you also get to work as a starting craftsman and you can grow within the company. It is important that you are motivated, like to work outside and can perform physical work, but above all want to learn a trade.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
The day starts with coffee in the shack with your colleagues and you discuss the work that will be started. During the day, the work consists of assisting the craftsman and this can be the delivery and delivery of materials, cleaning the workplace and preparing tools so that you can continue together. But if you show that you want to learn the trade, you will also perform various activities with the professional and you will grow in your profession!
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You have VMBO working and thinking level
- You have a healthy dose of perseverance
- You are in possession of your VCA or willing to get it
- You get energy from working outside and doing physical work
- You are eager to learn and want to know how it is built
- You create a pleasant atmosphere at the project
- You are not averse to starting every day early, 07:00
- Good oral and written communication skills in the Dutch language
- You are available 24 to 40 hours
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- The position is scaled in the lowest job scale of the Construction Collective Labor Agreement. Based on full-time employment, this is € 11.22 gross per hour without vocational training for a 20-year-old. After one year you will be scaled to job group A, 21 years and older €14.95 gross per hour
- You will initially be offered an employment contract for the duration of the project
- If you function well, there is a chance that you will be offered a contract
- A position as a construction site employee with career opportunities and a sustainable job within the construction sector
