HR Administration Officer at the Police

WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR?

This job is specifically for people who are in the target group register. This means that you can only apply if you are registered in this register. You will work at the police, at the HR Administration department. This can be in Zwolle, Rotterdam or Eindhoven.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You work in the Deployability or Career team. These teams take care of the administration of police officers. You perform administrative tasks, such as processing personnel data. You check whether everything is correct and process changes. You also think about how the work can be improved.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

You start the day by checking incoming requests. These can be changes in salary, contracts or leave requests. You process this data in the computer systems. Sometimes you consult with colleagues or police employees if something is not right. You work independently, but are part of a team that helps each other.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?
  • You have an MBO 3 work and thinking level.
  • You have experience or interest in administration and HR.
  • You work precisely and enjoy checking things.
  • You can work well with others and communicate well.
  • You are willing to learn new computer systems.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
  • A salary between €2,520 and €3,895 per month (for 36 hours per week).
  • A position of at least 24 hours to a maximum of 36 hours per week.
  • An Individual Choice Budget (IKB), which allows you to determine part of your employment conditions yourself.
  • A pension plan and paid parental leave.
  • A temporary contract of 1 year, with the possibility of extension and a permanent contract.
  • Possibility to work partly from home.
