WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a customer service representative, you'll answer customer questions via email and phone. You'll forward emails to the appropriate people or departments. You'll work with colleagues to staff the customer service desk between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. You'll also perform various administrative tasks, such as processing sick leave and recovery reports.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
The day starts at 8:30 a.m. in the LocHal with mail processing. Throughout the day, you'll answer calls from customers and colleagues. You'll have a 30-minute lunch break. Your day ends at 5:00 p.m.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You have MBO working and thinking level;
- You have a vocational education (MBO) qualification.
- You get energy from helping customers and colleagues enthusiastically and proactively.
- You are willing to learn different computer systems.
- You are customer oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills in Dutch; it is helpful if you speak English
- You are available 30-36 hours.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- The position is classified in scale 6 of the Collective Labor Agreement for Public Libraries.
- This is a temporary position. You will initially be offered a one-year employment contract.
