WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a logistics/production employee, you'll be involved in the entire process from prescription to medication roll. You'll deblister medications (remove tablets from their plastic blister packs), package them mechanically into medication rolls, and ensure their logistical processing and preparation for both healthcare institutions and patients at home. You'll operate production equipment according to instructions, clean it after use, and support inventory management and administration. You'll also perform various filling tasks (replenishing and completing medication rolls or packaging) and assist with other support tasks. Thanks to a comprehensive internal training program, you'll learn all the steps involved.
WHAT DOES YOUR WORKING DAY LOOK LIKE?
You'll work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. This means 9 hours a day, usually in a 3x9 or 4x9 shift. The work is primarily standing and involves working in an environment where machinery is running. Along with a team of 12 colleagues—a mix of young and old—you'll ensure that medications reach healthcare institutions and people's homes safely and on time. The work isn't complex, but it is diverse and varied. The role involves multiple tasks, and care is taken to ensure you don't do the same thing all day.

- Feeling for working with machines (process operator)
- Good command of the Dutch language
WHAT DO YOU GET?
- Salary according to Collective Labor Agreement for Pharmacies (36 hours per week)
- 8% holiday pay and travel allowance
