WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- As a cleaning / hospitality employee, you pay attention to keeping the Inn clean and pleasant.
- As a cleaning employee, you not only ensure a tidy space, but you also help by making sure everything remains clean and well-maintained.
- It is important that you feel at ease in the Inn and naturally enjoy helping to take care of the place a little.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
The day starts with a quick look around the building and a cup of coffee or tea. Afterwards, you check if the toilets are tidy, occasionally wipe down the floor, or wipe down anything that has gotten dirty. In between, there is time for contact with people at the Herberg. You conclude your day with one last round to ensure the space is left clean and pleasant.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You have a practical work and thinking level;
- You have an open and friendly attitude;
- You possess a caring and attentive disposition;
- You get energy from keeping a place clean, tidy, and pleasant;
- You are hospitable and feel comfortable among different people;
- You ensure a pleasant and well-maintained environment;
- You are attentive and helpful;
- Good oral and written communication skills in the Dutch language; (a reasonable level is fine)
- You are available for approximately 15 hours per week.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- The position is classified in accordance with the applicable agreements within the organization (minimum wage). Based on full-time employment, the salary is determined according to the relevant scale;
- This is a part-time position. Initially, you will be offered a probationary employment contract; if both you and we are satisfied, we would like to extend it.
- A position in a warm, informal environment where everyone can be themselves and where we work together to build a great Inn for the neighborhood.
