WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a shipping employee you perform all kinds of supporting tasks:
- The collection, sorting and disposal of waste;
- Scanning and stacking incoming parcels from high roller containers to low roller containers;
- Manual loading and unloading of the truck;
- Cleaning up and keeping the work floor tidy;
- Moving and clearing away crates and dollies
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
Your workday starts at 9:00 AM. You'll work with your colleagues in the warehouse, ensuring everything is neat and tidy. You'll have a break with your colleagues in between. Your workday concludes at 5:30 PM.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- It is important that you keep to your agreements and if you are unable to communicate properly;
- It is important that you are physically strong;
- It is important that you can work independently with a to-do list;
- You speak Dutch;
- You can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct;
- You have a healthy motivation and enthusiastic attitude to work;
- You can ride EPT or are open to learning to do so.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
You always start with a trial placement of 2 weeks. After 3 months you will receive a wage value measurement. There is good guidance from KikMaat so that you can grow even more as a person and in your position and perhaps move on to another position.
