Die Workshop Employee

In our workshop, you'll work on mold sets every day, ensuring they're fully ready for production. Your duties will include:

• Clean and assemble the dies.
• Balancing dies so that they can be placed safely and properly on the machines.
• Welding and grinding to make everything fit.
• Check that the molds are completely ready. Use checklists for this.
• Ensuring that the die set works properly once it is on the machine, so that the machine operator can produce without errors.

The work is varied: sometimes something needs to be ready for production quickly, while at other times you have time to carefully consider the best approach. You learn a lot because we make many different products. Every mold is unique.

We think it is important that you:

• have technical insight;
• can determine what needs to be done first (setting priorities);
• can work quickly and flexibly in a dynamic environment;
• works accurately and likes to learn new things;
• have experience with MIG welding and construction work.

We also consider it a plus if you speak Dutch fluently. Speaking English is also welcome. Age is not a factor for us.
