WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You will work with a group of approximately 6 employees.
You help with the work in the gardens at Koningshoeven Abbey.
You also ensure that garden maintenance is properly prepared.
It is important that you enjoy it to also cooperate with the group.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You start the day together with the employees and a cup of coffee.
Then you discuss the work for that day.
You look at the planning and discuss this with the contractor.
You explain to the group and divide the work.
You participate yourself and ensure that the work is done properly and safely.
You pay attention to quality and take the environment into account.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?

You have VMBO level
-
You have a driving license B (is a plus, not a requirement)

You have experience in green maintenance or would like to learn this

You can do well collaborate and manage
-
You enjoy helping people who are at a distance from the labor market

You think in possibilities
-
You are social and clear in your communication

You speak and write well Dutch
-
You are available at least 32 hours per week
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?

A salary of €1,995 gross per month (with full-time work)

You work 32 to 36 hours per week

You come in scale 2 of the Collective Labor Agreement Getting Started
