WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a mobile all-round cleaning employee, you ensure that various locations in the Tilburg region are clean and tidy.
You'll perform not only regular cleaning tasks but also specialized floor maintenance. It's important that you're flexible, able to work independently, and have a sense of responsibility.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
The day begins at home, where you'll board your own Asito van. You'll drive independently or with a colleague to various locations to perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining floors.
If necessary, you also help at other locations where additional support is needed.
At the end of the day, you finish your work neatly, report to the contact person, and drive home again with the work van.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You have a practical working and thinking level.
- You have a service-oriented attitude and a sense of responsibility.
- You have a class B driving license.
- You enjoy working at different locations and making customers happy with a clean environment.
- You are flexible and reliable.
- You ensure a clean and hygienic environment for our customers.
- You are customer-friendly and professional.
- You can speak and write Dutch well (minimum B1).
- You are available 32 to 38 hours per week.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- The position is classified in scale 2/3 of the cleaning collective labor agreement. Based on a full-time contract, this is between €15.47 and €17.80 gross per hour (as of July 1, 2025).
- This is a permanent position. Initially, you will be offered a 7-month employment contract.
- A position with a lot of freedom and variety, where you work independently.
- You will be provided with a company van with materials and work clothing.
