WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Within this function you will be responsible for collecting all orders that come in. You do this with a voice picking system that you can set in Dutch, English or Polish. Together with your colleagues you ensure that the orders from all stores are in on time, for both the Netherlands and Belgium!
For this function you mainly use your Tetris Skills to build the pallet with all the different parts. Think of things you can find in Kruidvat stores such as: toothpaste, shampoo, detergent, toys, clothing, etc. This makes every pallet different and you are challenged again and again to build a stable pallet.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
The morning shift starts at 06:00 and lasts until 14:00. You have a break from 08:00 to 08:30 and from 11:00 to 11:30. There is a nice canteen available where you can eat your own packed lunch. In the warehouse you will be told via the headset what you are allowed to do that day. You work independently, but it is always possible to fall back on a colleague if you have any questions.
The evening shift starts at 14:00 and lasts until 22:00. You have a break from 16:30 to 17:00 and from 19:30 to 20:00.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You are a go-getter, flexible, you work carefully and have a great sense of responsibility
- You are willing to work in both shifts: from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- You are flexible during the week on a full-time or part-time basis
- You are available on at least Monday and Tuesday
- You are available at least 1 Saturday morning per month
- You are in possession of your own transport due to the location in Oosterhout. We are difficult to reach by public transport due to the service times.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- A great salary of €14.22 gross with an ADV allowance of €1.07 per hour (up to a maximum of 35 hours)
- Surcharges from 8pm on weekdays 125%
- Surcharges on Saturdays until 6pm you will receive 130% and from 6pm 150%
- Allowances on public holidays from 200%
- Pension accrual from your first day at work
- Travel expenses from 10 km (€0.19 per km)
- Free parking in front of the door
