WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a production/assembly employee in Tilburg, your main responsibilities are:
- Sticking stickers
- Folding dividers and placing them in the sales box
- How to attach caps to water bottles
- Preparing manuals and leaflets and bottle labels
- Filling and sealing sales boxes with various products (machines, cylinders, drinking bottles, manuals, etc.)
- Operating the tape machine
- Stacking boxes on a pallet
- Checking the quality and quantity during the production process and when preparing the products for shipment.
Even if you prefer to focus on just one task, you can do so.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 06:30 to 15:00 (30 minutes break) and on Friday from 06:30 to 11:00. There is good guidance at the workplace through the presence of a team leader in combination with a job coach.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- It is important that you keep to your agreements and if it does not work that you can communicate well
- You have a healthy motivation and enthusiastic attitude to go to work
- You are eager to learn and pick things up quickly and have a great sense of responsibility with a flexible attitude
- You have an eye for quality and hygiene
- You speak Dutch.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
You always start with a 2-month trial placement. After a 2-month trial placement you will receive a 6-month contract. There is good guidance so that you can grow even more as a person and in your position.
