WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You work in the department where plastic discs (pucks) are made. We use these discs later to mill dentures. You do the following work:
- You operate a machine that makes the discs.
- You check whether the disks are good.
- You record data on the computer (for example, which materials you use).
- You think about how the work can be done better and faster.
- You will work with machines such as a hydraulic press and a milling machine. You will receive a good explanation for this.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You look at what pucks need to be made that day. You take the orders and mix the right raw materials. You put these in the press. You register what you have done so that the process of your order is visible to everyone. When your puck is ready, you make sure that it goes to the next department with the right data. This is the milling department. Here you place the pucks in the milling department and make sure that the milling machine mills them in the right (digital) way. You work in a small experienced team with colleagues who are happy to welcome you and train you.
You can take a 15-minute break in the morning, a half-hour lunch at noon and a 15-minute break in the afternoon. There is a spacious canteen.
