WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a production employee in the milling department:
- Do you work with seven milling machines?
- You ensure that they are filled with the workpieces and that they receive the correct data from the digital department.
- You operate the milling machine and learn how to maintain the machines
- You are proactive and can maintain a good overview
- You adhere to the safety regulations
- You will be guided and learn to work according to quality standards
- You are physically fit
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You start the day by emptying the milling machines. Then you fill the machines and start production. You repeat this several times a day. Furthermore, you signal abnormalities on the machine and solve this to the extent that you can.
The working hours of the department are from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 22:00. Currently, only from 07:00 to 18:00. And once every two weeks you work 2 hours on a Saturday.
You can take a 15-minute break in the morning, a half-hour lunch at noon and a 15-minute break in the afternoon. There is a spacious canteen.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- VMBO or MBO education in technology, or you are demonstrably handy with machines and have technical insight
- You are eager to learn and would like to gain experience in an innovative environment
- Dental knowledge is not necessary, but a dose of common sense and commitment is
- You are proficient in Dutch and/or possibly English
- You have basic computer skills
- You have some mathematical insight
- You live in the Tilburg area
- You are available full time (38 hours).
- You are aware that you are a crucial part of the process
- You work efficiently and solution-oriented
- You are physically fit
