WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a production employee, you are part of the Puck Production team of Avadent and you perform various actions that are necessary for making dentures. Among other things, producing the pucks (basic material for dentures), operating the hydraulic presses and registering the raw materials used are part of your job description. In addition, you like to think along in solutions and how processes can be improved and made more efficient. The working hours at the Puck Production department are from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 22:00.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You look at what pucks need to be made that day. You take the orders and mix the right raw materials. You put these in the press. You register what you have done so that the process of your order is visible to everyone. Is your puck ready? Then you make sure that it goes to the next department with the right data. In addition to making basic pucks, you also fill the pucks that have already been partially milled out. You work in a small experienced team where you are also trained.
You can take a 15-minute break in the morning, a half-hour lunch at noon and a 15-minute break in the afternoon. There is a spacious canteen.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- LBO or MBO education in technology or you are demonstrably handy and have demonstrable technical insight
- You are eager to learn and would like to gain experience in an innovative environment;
- Dental knowledge is not necessary, but a dose of common sense and commitment is
- You master the Dutch and possibly also the English language
- You have basic computer skills
- You are available full time (38 hours).
