WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR?
-
- Candidates who belong to the target group (job agreement).
- Candidates who follow the practical route.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- You work outside on the campus of Tilburg University. You make sure everything looks neat and safe. For example, you do these tasks:
- Cleaning up litter, such as litter, glass and cigarette butts;
- Empty waste bins and check if containers are full;
- Placing and emptying containers at events;
- Remove bicycles that are parked incorrectly;
- Clearing leaves in the fall;
- Keep gardens tidy (remove weeds and rubbish);
- Watering plants and trees;
- Secure or replace loose stones;
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You work from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
You work in a permanent team.
Are you a senior grounds manager? Then:
- are you the point of contact for your colleagues;
- consult with the manager;
- help your colleagues with questions;
- divide the work if necessary.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You enjoy working outdoors.
- You can walk a lot and stand for long periods of time.
- You are friendly and like to help others.
- You are good at consultation and listening.
- You can work with the computer (e-mail, Word and Excel).
- You want to learn and are open to new things.
- You can work independently.
- You have a B driving license (you sometimes drive a small electric car).
- You would like to work at events occasionally on weekends.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- You will receive work clothes from Tilburg University.
- You work between 28 and 40 hours per week. We agree on your hours together.
- You start with a 2-month trial period. If it goes well, you will receive a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
