WHO IS IT INTENDED FOR?
- Candidates with a target group indication or practical route
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Keeping the sports field clean: cleaning up litter such as glass and cigarette butts.
- Remove leaves, weeds and blossoms from the sports field and surrounding area.
- Carry out minor pruning work.
- Carry out minor repairs to sports equipment, such as tennis rackets, goal nets, and tables and chairs.
- Other tasks include keeping interior spaces and storage areas tidy and cleaning up outside areas.
- Refueling with petrol and diesel for maintenance equipment and the tractor.
- Empty the waste containers in the outdoor area.
- Assisting at events, for example with placing and emptying waste containers and supporting the front office.
- Remove incorrectly parked bicycles.
- Lay or replace loose paving stones properly.
- In winter, clear snow and spread salt.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You start the day with a cup of coffee or tea. At the agreed time, you discuss with your colleagues what you are going to do that day. This is different every day. In the afternoon, you have lunch with your colleagues, and then you go back to work.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You are physically strong enough.
- You can work outside regardless of the weather.
- You are friendly to everyone you come into contact with.
- You are available a few times a year on weekends for events.
- The sports center is a lively place where every day is different. Therefore it is important that you are flexible and can adapt to different situations and people. You can easily switch between different tasks.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- You will get a full-time job, but if you want to work less than 40 hours a week, that is also possible.
- Your working hours are negotiable. The services may vary per season and are determined in consultation. The working hours are mainly between Monday and Friday, from 7:00 to 17:00.
- Where necessary, you will receive additional training that suits you.
- You start with a 2-month trial period (if you receive benefits) or a trial period.
- If you perform well, we will offer you a paid secondment contract with the possibility of extension.
