WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a production worker, you'll help out at concerts and events. You and your colleagues will ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your duties include:
- Building the stage and backstage
- Assisting with artist changes (changeovers)
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Building stage components
- Cleaning up afterwards, for example in the changing rooms
The work is varied. Every day is different, with new artists or bands.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You start the day with a meeting with all production employees and the production manager. You discuss who will be assigned which tasks. Then you get to work, often alongside colleagues. Sometimes you'll help out with another task in between. When you're finished, you report it to the production manager, who will tell you what to do next. At the end of your shift, there's a short debriefing. If you work in shifts, you hand over your work to the next group. Otherwise, you go home.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You can work well in a team and follow instructions
- You are physically fit (you lift and build a lot)
- You speak Dutch and/or a little English
- You don't mind working in the evenings, at night or on weekends

You are available 28 hours per week, or you want to work on an on-call basis
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- Salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Dutch Pop Venues and Festivals (job level 4)
- For 28 hours per week you will earn a minimum of €1,841.54 and a maximum of €2,478.46 gross per month
- This is a temporary position for 12 months

There is a chance of a permanent contract if both parties are satisfied
