WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
When you start at The Colour Kitchen, the first 8 weeks will be spent looking at what you need to develop. From there, it will be determined which path you will take to achieve your personal goals. Through customization, everyone gets the chance to develop skills and grow in a warm and supportive environment.
Your workday starts with a cup of coffee upon arrival. Then you take stock of today's tasks. It is an all-round function where you will not get bored quickly. For example, you alternate between working with food and helping customers. You also ensure that the store always looks neat. For example, you clean, ensure that the products are properly arranged and replenish them.
At the end of your workday, you clean and ensure that you or your colleagues can continue the work in a pleasant way. Good preparation is half the work!
