Start new Language & Work course

Do you also want to work in healthcare, catering or technology? But aren't you that good at Dutch yet? Sign up for the Language & Work course. We will start a new course in September 2023.

In brief

The course lasts 19 weeks. You go to school three days a week. At least one day a week you do an internship in healthcare, catering or technology.

For whom?

The course is for Tilburgers with social assistance benefits. The course is free.

What are you going to do?

• You learn to speak and listen Dutch. Please note: you must already have an A2 level.
• You work on your employee skills two half-days a week.
• You will work with language in healthcare, catering or technology in small groups. This is about 1.5 hours a week.
• Do you opt for technology? Then you prepare for VCA.
• You do an internship with an employer at least one day a week.
• You will receive coaching and practical guidance.
• You will receive a certificate at the end of the course.

What's in it for you?

The course can be your bridge to work or an MBO education. Meanwhile, about 50 other students have already completed the course and most of them continue to work or learn.
