Process Participation Statement
In this trajectory you will learn more about the Dutch core values of freedom, equality, solidarity and participation. At the end of the process you will receive a participation statement. This shows that you have successfully participated in the process. Participation in this process is mandatory.

What is it?
Does your partner already live in the Netherlands and will you come to live with him or her afterwards? Then you are a family migrant. Your integration process will then be different than if you had come to the Netherlands together.
You follow the participation declaration process, among other things. Here you will learn more about the Dutch core values of freedom, equality, solidarity and participation. At the end of the program you will receive a participation statement. This shows that you have successfully participated in the process. Participation in this process is mandatory.
You will be taught in class and sometimes on location. For example, you take your class to a museum or to an event.

What is the goal?
The goal is to get to know the Netherlands. By participating, you also comply with the legal obligation.

How long does it take?
In total it takes 12 hours. Four mornings or afternoons. At the end there is a ceremony where you get a declaration of participation.
4.
For who is it?
You can participate in this process if you have come to live with your partner in the Netherlands from abroad. First you take the learnability test and then you can start with this process.
Even if you are an after-traveller over the age of 18 or a student who attends the Entree college.
5.
What does the contact look like?
The customer director registers you for the process. Then you go to classes for four mornings or afternoons.
