Step 1 is complete! It's great that you're considering the "Exercise, Lifestyle & Vitality" program. During this program, you'll take the first steps toward getting back into the swing of things. You'll exercise, work on your health, and discover how to feel better. Of course, you won't be doing this alone. A professional trainer with experience in the sports world will be by your side. This trainer is knowledgeable about sports and health, and will motivate you to complete this program.
You'll work with your trainer for one year to achieve these goals. Together, you'll explore options, identify your strengths, and determine the steps that best suit you.

What is the goal?
We want to work together to help you feel better. We don't just work alone, but we work with a trainer. The trainer will help you gain more self-confidence and create a new daily routine, one that suits you.
Exercise becomes an important part of your life. It gives you energy and inspiration to achieve new goals. By moving more, you'll experience less stress and more joyful moments. How cool is it to do something you previously thought impossible! Together with the trainer and client coordinator, you'll discover which sports suit you best and what you'll achieve. The goal? To take the next step toward a happier life through a positive exercise experience.

How long does it take?

What does the contact look like?
The program is divided into different phases. These phases delve deeper into Exercise, Lifestyle, and Vitality. Before you actually start exercising, you'll be invited for an introductory meeting, where you'll discuss which sport or exercise style suits you best. Customized!
