Job coaching

A job coach guides you when you start working. The job coach will come to you and your employer by appointment to see what you need to do the job as well as possible. A job coach will help you if you have not worked for a long time, or if you have physical or psychological complaints that make it more difficult for you to continue working.

1. What is it?

A job coach guides you when you start working. The job coach will come to you and your employer by appointment to see what you need to do the job as well as possible. A job coach is different from a job coach. The work coach guides you and your colleagues in the workplace. He or she knows everything about the work you do. A job coach does not work at your workplace.

2. What is the goal?

That you get the help you need for your personal development at your workplace.

3. How long does it take?

This is different for everyone. Together with you and your employer, we will discuss whether and how much support is (still) needed. The goal is that after a maximum of 3 years you no longer need a job coach.

4. For who is it?

A job coach will help you if you have not worked for a long time, or if you have physical or psychological complaints that make it more difficult for you to continue working. Even if you are in the target group register, you can ask your client director if you can get support from a job coach.

5. What does the contact look like?

The job coach will contact you and help you as long as necessary. The conversations usually take place at your workplace.
