Gaining work experience

You want to get paid to work, but you still need some time to get used to it. For example, to the work rhythm, or to combine your private life with work. The development place helps you to prepare for a paid job. You gain work experience at an employer through a development position. You keep your benefit in the meantime. You will receive guidance on the work floor and, if necessary, we will deploy a coach.

1. What is it?

You gain work experience at an employer through a development position. You keep your benefit in the meantime. You will receive guidance on the work floor and, if necessary, we will deploy a coach. We discuss in advance the (learning) goals, which you will work on at the development location.

2. What is the goal?

You get used to a work rhythm and you learn/improve your employee skills. For example: working together, arriving on time and carrying out work instructions correctly. After a development place you can take the next step to paid work

3. How long does it take?

You will work on your personal learning goals for 3 months. Do you need some more time? Then we can extend the development location by 3 months.

4. For who is it?

You would like to get paid to work, but you still need some time to get used to it. For example, to the work rhythm, or to combine your private life with work. The development place helps you to prepare for a paid job.

5. What does the contact look like?

You are in contact with your client director. Your client director registers you for a development position. Before you start at a development location, you have contact with a real estate agent who can link you to the development location. On the spot you have contact with the employer and with your supervisor at the workplace.
