- WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
You teach students to get the best out of themselves. You do this by guiding them on the work floor in both running the store(s) themselves and properly speaking to customers. This way, our students who work in retail get to grips with real practice. Thanks to you, they learn to run a store all on their own.
We have a Plus, DA, The Read Shop and a Toys 2 Play. In addition, a nice brasserie where we provide our guests with food and drinks. The students are responsible for both business operations and customer contact, where they are guided by our teaching assistants in the areas of service, hospitality and commerce.
YOU CAN DO THIS
- You can put yourself in the shoes of the students. You understand what drives them and know how to get them moving. You are also able to switch flexibly in guiding our MBO students at levels 2 and 4.
- Your positive attitude allows you to see where and how your students can develop further.
- Be straightforward. Because only if you are clear will students really learn something from you. You are also open and honest with colleagues.
- Keep learning. You do this not only as a person, but also as an expert in your department. Because together you develop the service and optimize the business operations.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- Minimum completed MBO diploma level 3
- The willingness to obtain a diploma as a teaching assistant. This is reimbursed by De Rooi Pannen.
- Experience in retail or commerce
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- A salary in scale 5 of the collective labor agreement between € 2,016.00 - € 2,844.00 gross per month based on full-time
- An end-of-year bonus of 8.33 percent of your salary
- A pension from ABP, the pension fund for government and education
- A contribution towards your possible travel expenses
- A total of pro rata 30 vacation days
