Would you like to get to work, but don't know how to go about it? Register for the Maatjesproject Midden-Brabant!
How does it work?
You will be linked to a coach (entrepreneur) who will support you in finding a job. The coach may be able to open doors for you, provide direct feedback on your CV and help with job applications. Every coach does this in his/her own way. They are not trained as coaches, but experience shows that with their knowledge and commitment they can help you find a job.
- Within 6 months you will have 8 to 10 conversations with your coach
- You agree together how often and when you meet
- You open up to the coach and you don't mind talking about yourself
- The coach will work with you to build your self-confidence and use his network in your search for a job
- You are responsible for finding and obtaining a job
