What is the goal?
Developing yourself on the labor market with a regular employer.

How long does it take?
You will work for an employer for an unlimited period of time. You make agreements in advance about how long you will work there and during what period.

For who is it?
For everyone who is unable to find or keep a job themselves. For example, because of your disability or because you need guidance in the workplace.
5.
What does the contact look like?
You have contact with the work broker, the employer and the work supervisor and/or job coach.
