For people who receive benefits, but also for people who need extra support and/or guidance in the workplace.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- As a security guard, you give visitors the feeling that they are safe.
- As a security guard, you will not only walk inspection rounds, but you will also work on access control, checking who enters and do this in a helpful and hospitable manner.
- It is important that you are vigilant and alert to an unsafe situation, after which you immediately anticipate this
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
The day starts with a cup of coffee and a transfer from your colleague. After that you will get started with the various activities, such as access control, camera surveillance, walking control rounds, acting as the first point of contact in case of calamities, signaling and alarms. You end your day with a good transfer to a colleague.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- You have MBO working and thinking level;
- You have completed a Security Guard Level 2 course or would like to get it
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language
- You are in possession of a driving license and your own transport
- You get energy from helping people and ensuring safety
- You are available 24/7 and can be used flexibly (including evening, night and weekend shifts that you divide equally as a team).
- You take care of the safety at the location
- You are communicative, a real team player who knows how to handle things and someone who is firmly in his / her shoes!
- Good oral and written expression skills in the Dutch language;
- You are available for 80 to 144 hours per 4 weeks, if you want to follow the training then 120 hours per 4 weeks is a requirement.
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
The position is scaled in the Collective Labor Agreement for Security. This is an hourly wage of up to € 17.97 gross per hour (depending on your age and experience), during the course you will receive an hourly wage of € 14.44.
This is a position in which you also receive an irregularity allowance depending on your type of service
You will initially be offered an employment contract for the duration of 1 year;
A position with a lot of responsibility, where every day is different and makes a social contribution.
