WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
This care institution has 3 types of services at the seniors' homes;
- With company: you provide structure and daily rhythm and the implementation thereof
This can vary from having conversations, going for a walk together
and scheduling medication and meals - In & around House: you provide support and guidance for light domestic work such as
dusting, vacuuming, making the bed and doing the shopping - Personal care: you provide support in the field of personal care
such as help with eating, dressing and undressing and showering
You will be specifically trained in this area, if you have already gained work experience
in this area then this is also sufficient
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
You support the seniors in daily life. The focus is on personal involvement and meaningful support, both practical and emotional. You contribute to a positive living environment in order to improve the quality of life of the senior in this way. You perform the work in and/or around the senior's home. This can also be at other locations if, for example, you go to the doctor or go shopping together. It is also possible that you and a colleague CAREgiver work for a customer (the senior).
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- First of all you bring a dose of life experience with you, in addition you master the Dutch language in word and writing (for having conversations and keeping the digital logbook)
- You are flexible: preferably available on weekends, deployable to perform the various services
- You are able and willing to follow internal training courses and have digital skills
- Finally, you have the following skills: respectful, independent, attentive & accurate, reliable and have perseverance
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- Terms of employment in accordance with collective labor agreement
- You will receive support from the customer coordinator. The customer coordinator is always ready to answer questions or to advise you
- In addition, there is a support team that is available 24 hours a day to support you before, during and after work
