WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a traffic controller, you are responsible for guiding traffic flows during construction work and events. You also give instructions to road users and contribute to the accessibility and hospitality of an event. Clients for whom you carry out your work are often construction companies, contractors, government agencies and event organizations.
As a traffic controller, you like variety and working in a team. Every week is different: in terms of activities, working hours, work location and of course the weather conditions.
WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- Able to perform work while standing
- Reasonable command of the Dutch language
- Driving license is a plus
- VOG
WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?
- MPSS offers the option to withdraw from benefits completely, through an employment contract of 0, 20, 30 or 40 hours. Probationary period of 1 month (minimum 160 hours), with retention of benefits;
- Salary is between € 13.00 - € 15.00 gross per hour, depending on experience and length of employment;
- Night surcharge of 11% and weekend surcharge of 20%;
- Salary does not include 8% holiday allowance, vacation days, public holidays, allowances, pension accrual;
- Travel costs based on public transport are fully reimbursed;
- Company car;
- Free training and 100% job guarantee;
