The name of this program already gives away what you are going to do here. You are going to move and get started with your lifestyle and your vitality! You do not do this alone, you do this together with an enthusiastic coach with experience in the sports world. The coach moves and thinks along with you. This gives you insight into your options, your own strength and the next steps you can take. All experts in this program are certified.

1. What is it?

Together you will gain insight into your possibilities, your own strength and the next steps you can take. All experts in this program are certified.

You will receive an invitation for an introductory meeting after your client director has registered you. Together you discuss which activities and which exercise program suits you. The activities you perform depend on what you want and are able to do. Hiking, yoga, fitness, kickboxing. Everything is possible. Part of the program is individual and part is in groups.

You can also use physiotherapy or psychological support. Do you need this? Discuss this with your coach.

2. What is the goal?

If you're not feeling great physically or mentally, this program may be for you. Together with your client director and the coach, you determine what exactly the goal is. For example: gaining more self-confidence, gaining a daily rhythm, making social contacts or gaining insight into your own abilities.

3. How long does it take?

It takes about 12 months. You agree with your client director and the coach how long it will be for you. You also make agreements together about the number of moments per week. This is a maximum of 2 hours per week.

4. For who is it?

This program is for you if you want to be physically active (again) and can use your help in taking this step. The program is also suitable if you:

  • you feel lifeless
  • have little energy
  • suffer from tension
  • are busy in your head
  • would like to lose weight
  • have a disturbed day-night rhythm

Are you in good or bad shape? Have you not really moved or exercised in a long time? Was it a little shorter? It does not matter. Contact your client director of Work & Income if you think you can get moving again with the help of the coach.

If you are already participating in another programme, you can combine it with this programme.

5. What does the contact look like?

Describing a whole day for this program is a bit difficult. We can give you a good idea of what a week as a participant looks like. For example, you have an exercise activity with your coach once or twice a week. It can be a walk, but there can also be fitness or a martial art on the program. You decide that yourself. The duration depends on which activities you are going to do, but varies between 30 and 90 minutes. In the first period this is always individual. Later in the program this can also be done together in a group.
