Wage subsidy

What is it?
Do you have an occupational disability? Then you may not be able to do all the work that comes with your job. For example, you can only do 75% of the work that comes with your job. We call this percentage your wage value. With a wage cost subsidy we help you and your employer with the 25% of the work you cannot do.
You will then still be paid 100% of the minimum wage from your employer. And your employer will receive financial compensation in return.

What is the goal?
The aim is that everyone with an occupational disability can work in a workplace that suits him or her.

How long does it take?
The employer will receive a wage cost subsidy as long as you continue to work for this employer.

For who is it?
Are you in the target group register? Then there is a good chance that your employer will receive a reimbursement in the wage costs. We determine this through a wage value measurement. A labor expert will then visit your workplace and investigate how much you can earn (wage value). Wage cost subsidy is also possible if you want to do sheltered work.
5.
What does the contact look like?
You have contact with the work broker to find and keep a job that suits you. To determine the amount of the wage cost subsidy for your employer, you will contact an employment expert.
