1. What is it?

Are you unable to find work because you have difficulty with, for example, work pace, concentration or other obstacles to doing your job well? And have you been rejected by the UWV for an indication for the target group register?

Then the practical route can help you to increase your chances of getting paid work. You will work for an employer during a trial period. An employment expert will conduct a wage value survey at your workplace. He or she will look at whether you can earn the minimum wage. Doesn't work? Then you enter the target group register of the Job Appointment. We call this trial period (with the research and its outcome) the Practical Route.

2. What is the goal?

Being in the target group register increases your chances of getting paid work. In addition, you will receive coaching if necessary and your employer will receive financial assistance. For example, compensation for work that you cannot do.

3. How long does it take?

The trial period lasts 3 months. After 10 weeks you will receive the wage value measurement. You will then be told whether you receive the indication for target group register.

4. For who is it?

For anyone who finds it difficult or even impossible to find work. Often there are also limitations. Would you like to increase your job opportunities? And do you think the practical route can help you with that? Inquire about the possibilities with your client director.

5. What does the contact look like?

A work broker helps you find and keep a job that suits you. A labor expert will also visit your workplace for a wage value survey.
