Documents, authorizations and payments

On this page you will find all information about:

  • the annual statement (and how you can request it again)
  • the benefit specification
  • how to authorize someone to arrange everything on your behalf

I need an annual statement, how do I arrange this?

The annual statement for the past year is always sent to you by post in February. In principle, we send these once. So keep it well. Have you lost the annual statement? Then you can request this digitally:

Request annual statement >

You can also call 013-542 8979 and ask for your legality consultant. The consultant can request the annual statement on your behalf and send it to you again.

I need a benefit specification, how do I arrange this?

The benefit specification is sent to your home every month. In principle, we send the specifications once. So keep them well. If you have lost a specification and you really need it, call 013-542 8979 and ask for your legality consultant. They will then send the specification to you again.

How can I authorize someone?

Sometimes you cannot arrange everything yourself and you ask for help from, for example, a supervisor or family member. If your supervisor contacts us with questions about your benefit, you must always be present. Without you, we cannot simply share information about your benefit with anyone else. Are you really unable to attend? Then you can authorize them once to contact them on your behalf. Want to know more about this? Please contact your legality consultant.

Can you also deduct my rent and other fixed charges from my benefit?

Basically we don't. You must ensure that you pay your fixed costs yourself. For example, you can agree direct debits with the authorities. Then you don't have to transfer it yourself, but they will write it off automatically. Are you really not able to make sure you have enough money in your account? Then register with Debt Assistance. If Debt Assistance makes a request to us, we can continue to pay the fixed costs from the benefit. You must then ensure that if the amount of the fixed costs changes, you inform us in time.
